This research paper explores the integration of neural networks and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance analytics within the sphere of influencer marketing. As influencer marketing becomes a pivotal component of digital marketing strategies, the need for sophisticated analytical tools that can effectively parse and interpret vast amounts of unstructured social media data is imperative. This study proposes a novel framework that combines neural networks and NLP techniques to automate the analysis of influencer-generated content, audience engagement patterns, and sentiment analysis. By employing advanced neural network models, such as Transformers and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), this framework can accurately classify and predict influencer impact and audience interaction trends. NLP techniques are utilized to scrutinize textual data, extracting key insights related to brand alignment, content relevance, and consumer sentiment towards campaigns. The implementation results demonstrate significant improvements in predictive accuracy and analytical depth compared to traditional methods. The findings indicate that this approach not only enhances the understanding of influencer effectiveness but also assists brands in optimizing influencer selection and campaign strategies.
